The cause of tinnitus or more commonly called buzzing or ringing of the ears is probably not that hard to figure out. Some people hear cricket like sounds, other a dull noise, and some a sharp piercing noise. Some people hear it sometimes, others hear it all the time

So there are different volume levels as well as different types of sounds. When you first notice it you feel like you might be imagining it. To some it drives them up a wall.

No you are not going crazy, and it is not only you that hears what other people seem to not hear. In fact you are one of millions that experience it.

People actually describe it in several ways, the reality is you know it when you have it, and you just want the noise to stop. It is annoying and can drive you batty and no pillow over your head, earplugs, or singing stops the sound.

There are varying degrees of volume, ranging from slightly noticeable to loud.

What is the cause of tinnitus? There are many ways it could have been caused.

Such as working around loud noise, close to an explosion, trauma, injury, car accident, headphones too loud for too long, people with severe sinus issues, various sicknesses, and the list goes on.

If you want to figure out the cause just go back to when it started. The very first time you remember hearing the annoying sound. That is easy for me because I worked on jets. Just after I started that I could hear ringing in my ears.

For you it will be different. Just take a few minutes and go back to when it started, or at least the first time you noticed.

Then think about what event or circumstance you were in that may have caused or triggered it. Do not over think, it will come to you. If you cannot think of it just let it go till later and it may come to you more quickly.

There are good solid ways to rid yourself of those annoying sounds that are quite safe. Many of which you can easily discover in the next few minutes if you have the time. The good news is there are at least eleven basic ways you can reduce or completely eliminate tinnitus permanently.

Of course you do not want to take any risks. Why let it go on any longer then you have to. My suggestion is to go with natural treatment. That way you reduce the risk of any side effects that are really not necessary and you eliminate the cause Of tinnitus.
Enjoy life again, stop tinnitus today! You owe it to yourself and those around you, do something about your tinnitus right now. Anthony
