It is one thing going to the gym and it is a completely different thing making you a success story in the gym. I am talking about the role of bodybuilding routines here. If you have ever wondered why the difference arises and more importantly, where the difference is, the answer lies in the particular routine that you follow. A routine may make you or break you. It may lead to an overworked lot or to a muscle-wealthy bodybuilder. Don't accept the lure of your friends who are ahead of you in terms of bodybuilding experience to drag you into a situation where you do more thing than necessary or worse still, the wrong things!
Many factors will come into play when you are considering the routine that best works out for you. To begin with, your age is an important. If you are an adolescent, you may be beaming with so much energy that you may want to dare to lift the heaviest weight in the gym. That's not an informed decision. If you are approaching 30 you may think that because you are at your prime in terms of bodily maturity and experience, you may do just about anything in the gym. There is need for a specified routine and even the professional bodybuilders know this fact quite well.
For the middle aged lot, there emerges many challenges because your body starts to complain. During this age bracket the rate of cellular growth is at its optimum but there are chances that you will find bodybuilding and especially weightlifting a daunting task. This depends on your body health and the level of training. If you have never trained before, expect to have a rough time with the gym instructor but certainly not rough enough to make you shy off altogether.
It is a fact of this life that men are good at issues masculine than women. Nowhere is this demonstrated more clearly than in the gym. This does not mean that women are the weaker sex and should not even try out on this exciting sport. In fact women are stronger when it comes to the most important things in life and all real men know the strength of a woman too well. The term women bodybuilding is not new in bodybuilder. If therefore you are a woman who is very ambitious bodybuilder, learn to treat magazine that emphasize an all-out bodybuilding routine for both men and women with a measure of skepticism.
Such a thing does not exist and therefore don't waste your time trying it. Learn to do those routines you can easily manage with the available muscular resources and learn to be contented with it. Of course you need to be aggressive as well. But my point is that you should put some sense of reality to your life as a bodybuilder. There exists more literature on the issue of women bodybuilder's weightlifting routines than you may probably have enough time for.
